Dear customer, to be able to exchange or return our products, please follow the following conditions: not to use or consume the purchased product. not to test the skateboard directly on the ground, which leads to dirt on the wheels and thus makes the skateboard used. the packaging must be preserved and the product re-wrapped in its original cover. all accessories must be returned in the box. the period for exchange and return is: 4 days from the date of receiving the order. note 1: the customer bears all shipping costs (going and returning). note 2: the condition of the product will be inspected and evaluated upon arrival at the store, and if any damage or violations of the conditions are found, an amount equal to the damage will be deducted. note 3: the shipping cost will be deducted from the order value and the damage cost if any.
